30-Day Operational Assessment & Pilot

One workflow. One clear objective.

A focused way to experience BOS actively supporting a real part of your operation before you decide whether ongoing support makes sense.

Why begin with a pilot

Evaluate the service in the work itself.

The pilot is not a month of observation followed by a report. BOS works inside one selected live workflow: communicating with people, checking progress, following up, coordinating responsibilities, gathering information, and keeping you informed.

It is deliberately limited in scope. There is no company-wide overhaul and no long-term commitment before you have experienced the service.

Week 01

Listen and learn

Meet with you and relevant team members. Understand how the workflow currently operates, where friction appears, what information you need, and how people prefer to communicate.

Week 02

Define the support

Agree on the specific responsibilities BOS will take on, who we will communicate with, how follow-up will occur, which issues we can handle directly, and what should be brought directly to you.

Weeks 03–04

Work the process

Operate within the live workflow. BOS checks progress, communicates with designated people, follows up on outstanding commitments, coordinates next actions, records useful information, and raises material issues at the agreed level of urgency.

Day 30

Review together

Discuss what improved, what remained difficult, what you and your team experienced, and where further support may create value. You then decide whether continuing, changing the scope, or concluding the engagement makes sense.

A working relationship

Clear scope. Direct communication. Retained authority.

You and BOS agree on responsibilities, communication methods, access, escalation standards, and review points before the live support begins.

Communication

Designed around your business

Updates may happen by message, email, phone call, scheduled discussion, report, or another agreed method.

Authority

You keep management authority

BOS supports the process and recommends improvements. Hiring, finances, legal matters, technical work, and final management decisions remain with you.

Evaluation

Judge the experience, not a pitch

The pilot gives you a real basis for deciding whether ongoing fractional operational support is valuable.

What the pilot can establish

A repeatable operating rhythm around one pressure point.

Depending on the selected workflow, the pilot may establish clearer ownership, follow-up expectations, escalation rules, customer communication, useful tracking, clear reporting for you, and a more reliable next-step process.

Any dashboard, tracker, reminder, or automation exists to support the work BOS is doing with your team—not as the final product.
